Date Night - Parents you will appreciate this story!

Last Saturday we had a date night with friends to go to a Hibachi restaurant, here in Webster. The food is SOOOO yummy. So our friends live 5-10 minutes away from the restaurant. They left their home and came to the restaurant and we meet them at the entrance. Between the time they left their house and arrived at the restaurant, their youngest fell, and knocked out his two front teeth. He was already missing his two lower teeth. Poor kid. Soooo, one parent returned home and the other stayed with us. Later the first parent meet back up with us so we all still had a really good time. Love the food, and atmosphere there. But would someone PLEASE tell me how to catch a rice ball in your mouth????????

Winter Fun

How cool is this (no pun intended)? This is my cousin's kid. She was riding her four wheeler and the snow kept on sticking to the front wheels! LOVE it!!!!! They live in Northern New York, near Massena, N.Y. and Ottawa, Canada. I think she will remember this for the rest of her life, her snow joy ride! Too cute!!!!

On my wishlist....

You guessed it, TOE SOCKS! They are so comfortable and as you can see, my one and only pair is defeating the purpose, so we will see if Santa is nice to me...

General feeling of not having it all together...

Did you ever have the general feeling of not having it all together? Some days are better than others right? Well this morning I was definitely feeling the not having it all together feeling. So A. and I were on our way out to do the grocery shopping and as I am backing out of my driveway, my neighbor next door is parked in the street with his truck (this is unusual). He looked as though he was looking for something in the street next to his truck. So I rolled down my window to ask him if everything was OK. He said he backed out of his driveway with his drill case ontop of his truck and everything went flying and he was trying to find all of the SCREWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-) HeHeHe - I AM SOOOOO feeling better right about now!!!!!! I am glad to know that I am not the only one that these things happen too.

Laugh Out Loud, funny. At breakfast this morning we, were having hot cocoa and toast. A tradition from my husband's side, is to dip the toast in the hot chocolate. As DD was dipping she announced "This is my exercise." In other words her having to dip her toast in the hot chocolate and bring it to her mouth was her exercise! LOL
